2 tbsp dark soy for color
2 – 3 Eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp MSG (optional)

Prepare the pan fire 400 degree or medium
Put 1 – 3 of cooking oil and wait 1 -3 minute
Put the garlic to the pan, fry garlic you’ll smell shallot
of the garlic and add pork fry it together
(Cook pork until done 5 – 6 minutes)
Put the egg in to the pen fry egg and put the noodle and add 2 tbsp
dark soy for color fry noodle with egg and put the Chinese broccoli.
Adds 2 tbsp soy sauce
1-2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp MSG (optional)
